Learn to crochet - chain stitch, my first video tutorial

Well here it is!
My first video - on you tube! I'm very excited that I managed to get it done.  It's not slick, smooth and perfect - but I learnt a LOT!  Now that I know I can do it - I can work on making more videos that are better and better!

I've had fun making this and learning - and will be sharing what I learnt in some blog posts this week.
If there's anything particular you'd like to know how I did - please ask!

    So great! I would not change a thing, I love how slowwwly you started so a beginner could really get it. And your voice is so natural and reassuring, like, "Don't worry about a thing, I know exactly what I;m doing, just sit back and watch." That's how it felt to me. Wonderful, Jill - I do believe you are going to teach me to crochet!

      OH wow! Thank you so much Mich! - I can't wait to get the next one done! My daughter has been crocheting LOTS of chains since she watched this video and is definitely ready for the next step! I'm EXCITED!!

    I did not like the music at the beginning of the video but the instruction portion is great and I am looking forward to follow up videos that will even show how to follow a pattern.

    Hi Jill

    Nice job on the video. I am looking forward to your next installment. My grandmother tried to teach me to crochet when I was a little girl but the only thing I could learn was the chain stitch and that is still all I know how to do. :-)
